Lorna Bailey

Lorna Bailey graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2012 with a first class honuors degree from the Bachelor of Business Studies that specialised in management. Prior to her return to academia Lorna enjoyed a 20 year banking career as a personal banker where her role involved business development, relationship management and consumer lending.

Lorna joined RIKON research group in 2012 to peruse a PhD around service design, under the supervision of  Dr. Patrick Lynch. Her research interests include service design, service innovation, systems thinking and lean.
