What we do
An integral part of the RIKON mission is to assist SMEs to achieve a business advantage through enhancing their managerial capabilities in innovation and knowledge transfer, and facilitating the development and the management of collaborative business networks. The RIKON team are dedicated to delivering actionable insights to business decision makers through cost effective commercial research. Senior researchers are complemented with a talented business team, who assist SME's to achieve a business advantage through enhancing their managerial capabilities in innovation and knowledge, and facilitating the development and management of collaborative business networks. In addition, we also perform the role of business coaching through workshops and ideation forums.
