Rose Power, Business Model Strategist, completed her Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) Degree in University of Limerick in 1997.  She also holds a Higher Diploma in Banking and Finance from the University of Limerick (1996) and she is a Licentiate of The Institute of Banking in Ireland.  Rose has over 20 years business consultancy and industry experience both in Ireland and the UK including business start up’s, micro SME and SME scaling and expansion and corporate business development.  Her expertise is across a diverse range of sectors including retail, leisure, tourism, housing, education & training, property & charity sectors.  She currently works as a Business Model and Retail Customer Experience Strategist at WIT/RIKON since 2016. Rose’s role as a Business Model Strategist involves designing, developing and the practical application of innovative business models for SMEs across a wide range of industries and sectors.  Her role as a Retail Customer Experience Strategist involves developing customer personas and identifying customer needs and undertaking a full assessment of the customer experience lifecycle and touchpoints for retail SME’s.  Past projects have utilised consumer, business and market research to create insights that can assist in developing unique value propositions for new products and services and helping businesses to understand what customers’ value.  She has worked extensively on Enterprise Ireland projects.
