Lean Implementation in Micro & Small Enterprises Book of Cases 2020

The book was compiled and edited by Darrin Taylor – lecturer in Management at the WIT School of Business and Principal Lead of the WIT-RIKON Academy of Lean Enterprise Excellence. Darrin was commissioned by Enterprise Ireland and the Local Enterprise Office to develop the book, which comprises 22 case companies from a variety of sectors and from across the country, to detail real and relatable stories from companies that undertook the LEO Lean For Micro Programme.

The book is an invaluable reference for Micros and SMEs beginning, or interested in undertaking, their Lean journey to better engage their people, to improve their efficiencies, and to increase their productivity and overall competitiveness.
