Technology Innovation Capability Audit
The capability to innovate can be present within different firms to varying extents. This can be measured using the concept of maturity. To achieve this, an organisation’s ability is matched to a qualitatively distinct description of that level of ability, referred to as a maturity level. These maturity levels range from low to high, with low maturity levels representing a low level of ability and high maturity levels best practice. For the technology innovation capability audit, the focus is on the development, acquisition, and use of technology.
