Dr. Fiona Lynch is a lecturer in Information Technology and Management Information Systems at Waterford Institute of Technology. Having Joined WIT in 2002, Fiona is an active researcher on knowledge transfer, information systems development and human centred systems.  She is particularly interested in research in the area of how user knowledge is successfully transferred to developers during the systems development process.  Fiona has published numerous conference and journal papers on human centred systems, requirements elicitation and information systems development, focusing specifically on embedded knowledge transfer in national and international conferences and journals.
