Mr. Dave Mitchell
Business Strategist

Dave Mitchell joined RIKON-WIT as a Business Strategist in July 2017, and specialises in the area of Operational Excellence and Business Model Innovation. Prior to that he spent 28 years in the UK working in the areas of Project and Programme Management, Finance and Operations Management, ERP Implementation and Quality Management for companies in the IT and Business Services Sectors.

Dave draws on this experience in assisting companies to adopt a strategy of continuous improvement in their operational processes. Dave is a Prince 2 Practitioner and holds a Professional Scrum Master Certification (PSM1). He is a Graduate of the Univeristy of Limerick; the University of West London; and Waterford Institute of Technology. Dave is currently undertaking the Master of Business in Lean Enterprise Excellence at Waterford Institute of Technology.
